Job Description
Retail Part‑time Supervisor – Freehold Raceway, NJ. The role is a part‑time Team Leader responsible for training, customer service, visual merchandising and sales support.

Responsibilities

Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.

Ensure proper space management and maintain the store graphics system.

Replenish fixtures and maintain merchandise presentation.

Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities.

Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising and LEGO Brand guidelines.

Motivate and develop a high‑performance team, sharing LEGO Brand Vision and Values.

Assist ASM and SM with holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.

Supervise Sales Associates during shift, addressing issues appropriately.

Complete orders for store and office supplies within budget.

Ensure money handling procedures are followed.

Maintain a well‑organized stockroom and achieve loss prevention targets.

Assist ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.

Experience delivering employee training.

Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.

Proficiency with point of sale automated systems.

Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising skills.

Physical capability: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting at least 30 lbs.

Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days.
