Iron Systems, Inc is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to manage desktop device incidents from resolution to monitoring security compliance. The ideal candidate will support both Windows and MAC devices, utilize Service Management tools, and understand ITIL processes. Responsibilities include offering superior client support and ensuring desktop devices operate smoothly throughout their lifecycle. Candidates with an Associate degree in electronics and relevant experience will be preferred. This position is located in New Providence, New Jersey.
