Job Description
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality management systems across the facility
Establish and enforce procedures and work instructions to ensure full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
Drive standardization of quality metrics and best practices throughout the organization
Serve as a key leader in corrective and preventive action initiatives to resolve quality issues proactively
Manage and oversee internal and external audit programs to maintain certification and continuous compliance
Direct contract review processes and advanced product quality planning to effectively translate requirements to the operational level
Act as the voice of the customer, championing quality and continuous improvement across all departments
Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing the cost of poor quality and enhancing overall operational performance
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS) required
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing a quality department or team
5+ years of auditing experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management standards
