
Rework Operator

T1 Energy is building a domestic solar supply chain to provide scalable, reliable, and low‑cost energy for the U.S.
The Role
Rework Operator responsible for daily rework of modules, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Use specialized equipment to solder components and create precise welds.
Ensure soldering process meets Trina Solar quality standards and maintain repair records.
Train other workers in the rework process and maintain soldering equipment.
Day and night shifts available.
‑ 12‑hour shifts (4 days on – 3 days off or 3 days on – 4 days off).
What You’ll Do
Perform repairs of cell strings and modules.
Use test equipment to verify workstation and soldering iron temperatures.
Verify quality of soldering using imaging and electrical testing.
Assemble circuits requiring fine hand assembly.
Read labels to verify cell grade, manufacturer, and color series.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Who You Are
Proven track record with a “can do” attitude and reliability.
Perform 5S in their respective areas.
Communicate production information to the incoming shift.
Execute all duties safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Maintain soldering and workstation equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions.
Work in a high‑volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
Work independently and as part of a team.
One year or more of soldering experience (preferred).
