
Senior Treasury Analyst

The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a strategic role within the Treasury team and will lead project initiatives, developing and making recommendations for senior management. They will be able to work both independently and take on increasingly higher levels of responsibility in a leadership role within the team, mentoring more junior members, providing guidance and training on complex treasury projects.
Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and administration of the Treasury Management System (TMS), including configuration, testing, and user enablement (Kyriba strongly preferred).
Act as system owner for treasury technology stack, including bank connectivity (SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host), payment workflows, and cash visibility tools.
Design and optimize treasury processes through automation and system integration with ERP platforms.
Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and make recommendations regarding investments, borrowing needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Oversee banking relationships, ensuring adherence to covenants and maximizing returns on deposits.
Manage and optimize internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
Support the Treasury team with special projects and initiatives.
Prepare accurate and timely ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related business field
4-6 years of progressive experience in treasury, with direct ownership of TMS or treasury technology platforms.
Ability to interact effectively and confidently with all levels of management.
Highly analytical and forward‑looking with a strong ability to execute, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality work products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Leadership skills, including those necessary for effective project and people management.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proactive self‑starter capable of adapting to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of urgency.
Ability to organize and manage large data sets and apply strong analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset with a focus on financial model development
Experience with industry‑leading ERP/Financial tools like OneStream, Workday, Workiva, FloQast, or similar
Related certifications preferred (CTP or CPA)
