Job Overview
Analyst/Sr Analyst, Corporate Finance and Treasury role is part of the Treasury team within the Finance organization. The role works with internal and third‑party stakeholders to drive analyses and recommendations on the company’s near‑term financing needs and long‑term capital structure.
What You’ll Do
Build complex financial models to evaluate the efficiency of various financing alternatives and deliver recommendations to senior leadership
Evaluate capital structure scenarios and assess their impact on leverage, margins, and enterprise value—helping steer long‑term financial health
Cultivate relationships with banks, rating agencies, and other key partners to support internal modeling and deal execution
Tackle high‑impact ad‑hoc analyses—from interest expense forecasting to transaction NPVs, competitive intelligence, and more
Support the development of long‑term capital structure strategies and craft executive‑ready presentations that influence top‑level decisions
Support execution of capital markets transactions, bank lending, and private aircraft financings
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent training/experience
3 years of investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, investment management, or other similar experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (MBA)

Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity
Fundamental understanding of corporate finance and how strategic initiatives and financial plans impact the company’s financial statements, obligations, and covenants
Self‑starter who is strongly motivated to enhance the in‑house modeling/advisory platform and thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, including a proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
Ability to collaborate and influence through outstanding interpersonal skills
