## Job Description# Field Install Technician (Pompano, FL)**Location:** Pompano Beach, Florida (Onsite)
**Employment Type:** Contract to Perm* Perform low voltage equipment installations, add-ons, conversions, and radio replacements.* Conduct wire pulling for residential and small business security systems.* Run remote tests to ensure all equipment is operating correctly.* Interact with customers, providing education on services and ensuring satisfaction.* Track all job-related inventory and tasks using a smartphone, laptop, or tablet.* Engage in upselling opportunities at each job site.* A background in networking.* Experience with smart home installations.* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.* Organizational skills, particularly with inventory management.* Strong customer service skills.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
