Job Description
Hours: 6am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Compensation: The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $81,427 to $108,569. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
Essential Functions
Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives to obtain data required for planning department activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress and problems encountered.
Gives work directions, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
Coordinates activities of department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.
Prepares reports and records on department activities for management, using computer.
Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
May initiate or authorize employee hire, promotion, discharge or transfer.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
3 years of related experience
Exceptional Microsoft Office suite skills, specifically Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a related field
5 years of related experience
