Receptionist Responsibilities

First point of contact at the Communities for our customers through telephone and in-person communications

Graciously greet community residents, visitors, and family members, address the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and provide support to sales and marketing and the business office

Positively interact with all visitors, current, and prospective residents

Professional and able to effectively communicate with senior residents

Education & Experience

High School diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position preferred
