*Full Job Description*
All Into Therapy LLC is seeking a creative, dedicated, and reliable Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) and COTA to join our team! Our practice delivers high-quality treatment to children with developmental disabilities throughout Arizona.
*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat a range of patients with developmental disabilities (including but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other chromosomal syndromes).
* Document daily notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports with plans of care on a digital, easy to use EMR system
* Update patient progress to relevant parties
*Occupational Therapist Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
* Valid State of Arizona OTR License
* Must have or be able to obtain: AHCCCS number and National Provider ID (NPI) number
* Level I Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
* CPR and First Aid Training
* Article 9 Training
* Valid Drivers License + Reliable Vehicle
* Ability to build rapport with patients and families
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Positive and patient demeanor
* Minimum of 1 years experience (preferred)
* Bi-lingual a bonus!
