Summary
Role focuses on the movement of products throughout the warehouse using various types of material handling equipment. The role requires skills and experience to operate and drive manual handling equipment in accordance with local legislation, most of which requires an externally accredited qualification or licence.
Responsibilities
Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks
Perform material handling duties including picking, packing, scanning, kitting and counting products
Ensure timeliness, packaging, and system work is completed accurately
Identify and annotate overages, shortages and damages (OS&D)
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment
Maintain a safe and secure work environment, observing all TSA and OSHA guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be forklift certified
High‑school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse experience preferred – 1 year
Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink‑wrap material
Experience using an RF scan gun required
Previous forklift certifications preferred
Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends
Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well
Must have the ability to work well with others
High attention to detail required
Must work independently with little supervision
Must lift 50+ lbs unassisted
Must be proficient in English, both spoken and written
Physical Requirements
Requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and bending. Must lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

Pay Range
$21.00 hourly – this is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The company may adjust the range based on market conditions and location, and will negotiate final starting salary with the selected candidate in accordance with all applicable laws.
