Sr. Creative Strategist - Health & Wellness

Atlas Coffee Club is redefining how the world experiences coffee: from award-winning single origin coffees to functional wellness blends. Our direct-to-consumer brand is scaling rapidly across Coffee Club, Tea Club, and Atlas+, our new wellness coffee line.

We're looking for a dynamic Sr. Creative Strategist to join our Acquisition team and drive creative strategy for Atlas+. In this role, you'll develop engaging ad concepts, manage production workflows, and analyze campaign performance on Meta and beyond. This is an opportunity to blend creative thinking and execution with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful performance advertising campaigns that drive new subscriber growth.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze creative trends to inform innovative ad concepts

Develop compelling ad concepts for digital campaigns that drive new customer growth

Write creative briefs and manage creative projects through the full production lifecycle

Apply hands‑on production skills including copywriting, designing, and/or video editing as needed

Leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows and campaign effectiveness

Quality assure ad creatives to ensure brand guidelines and channel best practices are being followed

Prepare creatives to launch on the targeted channel

Analyze campaign results and develop insights to inform future creative production

Report on learnings to and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize creative performance

Develop a strong understanding of channel algorithms, new customer behavior, and performance drivers

Must‑Have Qualifications

5-10 years experience in performance creative strategy and/or social media strategy

Track record of ideating & producing creative that generates $100,000+ media spend or 100,000+ organic views

Demonstrated creative thinking abilities with a portfolio showcasing your work

Experience using digital advertising metrics and performance analysis to drive strategy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce health and wellness brands

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field

Experience with creative and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)

Experience with AI tools for creative production

Base Salary Range: $70,000-100,000/year. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job‑related reasons.

This role is Hybrid with an office in Austin, TX or fully remote.
