Youth Competitive Climbing Coach: Growth & Team

Central Rock Gym in Cambridge, MA, is looking for a Competitive Coach to lead and support youth climbers. The ideal candidate will foster a welcoming environment, implement structured training programs, and maintain strong communication with the coaching staff. Applicants should have at least 4 years of climbing experience and previous experience working with youth. The role requires weekday afternoons and some weekends. Experience in USA Climbing formats is preferred.
