Youth Climbing Coach — Growth & Team Builder

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Non-Competitive Coach to foster a welcoming environment for youth athletes. This role includes leading practices, creating structured training programs, and ensuring engagement within the youth community. Candidates should have experience with youth climbers, strong communication skills, and a passion for climbing. The ideal candidate will possess minimum 4 years of climbing experience and must be available on weekday afternoons and weekends. Competitive pay range from $15 to $21 per hour based on experience.
