Youth Climbing Coach — Competitive Team Leader

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Competitive Coach to inspire and train youth athletes in climbing across locations in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Troy, NY. You will create a positive environment, manage structured training programs, and ensure effective communication with the coaching team. Candidates should have at least 4 years of climbing experience and be ready to work afternoons and weekends to support competitions.
