Our client, a children's clothing brand, is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in NYC!
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage production calendars
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure all pre-production approvals are completed
Oversee quality, compliance, and on-time delivery throughout production
Identify risks and troubleshoot manufacturing or capacity issues
Track WIP, delivery status, and key performance metrics
Maintain strong relationships with factory partners while evaluating factory performance
Qualifications
5–8 years in apparel production or manufacturing
Wholesale experience is a huge plus!
Strong knowledge of garment construction and production workflows
Experience working with overseas factories preferred
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
