Production Manager - Kid's Apparel

Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Production Manager for their kids apparel.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end product development and production across multiple children’s categories, from concept and proto sampling through bulk delivery.
• Collaborate with designers on fabric, trims, and garment construction, ensuring feasibility, cost-efficiency, and compliance with children’s safety regulations (snaps, buttons, flammability, etc.).
• Manage the seasonal calendar, track milestones, and troubleshoot bottlenecks to keep product on schedule.
• Review and approve samples, and fit comments, ensuring consistency in quality, fit, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with domestic and overseas vendors on costing, approvals, and production execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including sales, design, sourcing, and logistics—to deliver product that meets both creative vision and commercial goals.
• Manage workflow and motivate technical and production staff to support efficient development and on-time execution.
