Investigate and defend first- and third-party claims

Required Skills/Qualifications
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Experience:
3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting, preferably with a focus on insurance-related matters such as coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, and bad faith claims
Licensure:
Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado
Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
Strong hands-on approach to research, problem-solving, and client relations
Comfortable using legal technology and digital tools
Creative and positive mindset with a good sense of humor
Outgoing, collegial, and collaborative personality
Strong academic background from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent writing skills with keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
