We are looking for a part-time Host to join our team.**This Part-Time, Seasonal position is in Manitowish Waters, WI.****Position Responsibilities*** Manage and maintain Smokey’s seating chart.* Plan and organize reservations and waitlists.* Greet and seat guests, taking drink orders and providing menus.* Keep Hostess station neat and organized.* Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints.* Help setup and clean the restaurant during opening and closing shifts.**Minimum Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Exceptional customer service skills and able to interact in a positive and professional way.* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.* Basic computer skills.**About EAU Holdings**EAU Holdings' mission is to enhance the community of Manitowish Waters by developing and operating businesses with an emphasis on quality and customer service.
