Smokey’s is an intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting.**Hours:** Part-time, including weekends and some holidays.**This Part-Time, Seasonal position is in Manitowish Waters, WI.****Position Responsibilities*** Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils.* Sort and stack clean dishes.* Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.* Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.* Sweep and mop floor.* Wipe up spills.**Minimum Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Kitchen experience **preferred.*** Available to work nights and weekends* Capability to keep up with the fast-paced kitchen environment to give efficient and timely service.**About EAU Holdings**EAU Holdings' mission is to enhance the community of Manitowish Waters by developing and operating businesses with an emphasis on quality and customer service.
