Parks Hospitality Group , we are seeking a talented and creative Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at Soprana Rooftop Cucina. In this role, you will oversee food preparation, menu creation, and the execution of high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Develop and execute seasonal menus, incorporating local ingredients and global trends.

Train, manage, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation.

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed by all kitchen staff.

Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation, and minimizing waste.

Collaborate with front-of-house managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Monitor food costs and assist with budgeting, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards.

Manage kitchen maintenance, ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and functional.

Lead and inspire the culinary team to uphold creativity, innovation, and consistent quality.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in menu development and high-volume kitchen operations.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.

A passion for food, creativity, and innovative cooking techniques.

Culinary degree or equivalent work experience.

Certifications in food safety and sanitation are required.
