Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, located in Monroe, North Carolina, is looking for a Human Resources Summer Temporary Associate with a proven track record to join our team.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate and learn how to support general HR tasks including (but not limited to):
New Hire Preboarding & Onboarding activities
Record keeping and retention
Employee communication & follow up
Learn Federal and State employment laws, regulations & requirements
Learn how to pre-screen/phone interview candidates
Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start work by May 18, 2026, and work until August 7, 2026
Work the entire program with no more than 1 week of scheduled time off
Submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug test
Proficient in MS office
