We're Hiring a CRA Loan Officer!
The CRA Loan Officer is responsible for representing Dedham Savings in the Bank's CRA Assessment Area and assisting the Bank in meeting its CRA and Fair Lending goals. The CRA Loan Officer will establish and maintain relationships with realtors, housing authorities, and non-profit agencies to establish referral networks for mortgage loans, with a focus on low-to-moderate income and minority borrowers, and census tracts. The CRA Loan Officer will work with prospective customers to assist them in identifying and securing mortgage loans and down payment assistance programs which are appropriate for their financial circumstances and are designed to help them achieve their homeownership goals. The CRA Loan Officer is responsible for administering the loan origination process under the policies and procedures of the Bank, and attracting and gaining new loan prospects and referral sources. Bilingual preferred – English and Spanish/Portuguese.
