Job Description
Process member financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
Open new accounts and service existing member accounts.
Receive loan payments and process account transfers.
Explain credit union products and services to members.
Research transaction discrepancies and account issues.
Maintain cash security and a clean, organized work area.
Position Requirements
Strong cash-handling and numerical accuracy skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial security standards.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Professional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
