We’re looking for an
Executive Assistant
to support our
Executive Leadership Team and Human Resources , while also playing a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless visitor experience at our corporate office in
Easton, PA.
Partner closely with executives and HR to keep days running smoothly
Draft, edit, and format professional communications, presentations, and documents
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Make calls and handle correspondence on behalf of executive leaders
Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries, the works!)
Support HR projects and initiatives with discretion and professionalism
Be the first friendly face our employees, candidates, and guests see
Greet visitors and ensure they’re connected quickly with the right people
Coordinate arrivals, meetings, and visitor logistics seamlessly
Maintain a polished, welcoming, and organized reception area
Answer and route calls with confidence and professionalism
Create and distribute internal and external communications
Keep documents, files, and information organized and accessible
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and office coordination
Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and organization
Leverage AI tools to create smarter, faster communications and workflows
Stay comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern productivity tools

What You Bring
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Background supporting executives and/or Human Resources
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially
Excel
Experience booking travel and managing calendars
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
