Provide essential administrative support to our C-level partner in Austin, including, but not limited to, travel arrangements and day-to-day office logistics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or People Coordination, ideally in an international environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are approachable and naturally good at building relationships across different time zones.
You are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented. You have the confidence to work independently as our first US hire, while remaining a collaborative team player with our global colleagues.
You take pride in your work, whether you are managing complex payroll data or ensuring a new hire’s desk is perfectly set up on their first day.
WHAT WE OFFER
An intense learning environment where you will be able to grow and develop your skills and passions alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Our culture is built on supportiveness, transparency and diversity - and we make sure to have fun along the way, that’s why we also have regular after-works, team events and a yearly festival.
