What your future day will look like:
Design, install, and commission high?speed process equipment across domestic and international manufacturing operations
Troubleshoot and improve existing machinery to drive performance, reliability, and safety
Design and fabricate tooling, fixtures, and mechanical components to support production needs
Perform reverse engineering on equipment and components to support upgrades and problem resolution
Partner with external vendors and suppliers on equipment design, build, and integration
Develop detailed drawings, technical documentation, and equipment training materials for plant personnel

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering discipline
8+ years of experience in mechanical design of production machinery and capital equipment
Extensive experience designing, fabricating, installing, and commissioning high?speed manufacturing equipment
Strong background in tooling and fixture design and hands?on mechanical assembly
Proven expertise troubleshooting complex mechanical systems
Proficiency in 3D design software including SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally in support of equipment development and production initiatives
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
