Overview
Food Expeditor
As a Food Expeditor, you will play an essential role in ensuring food items are prepared and plated accurately, efficiently and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the guest in a timely manner
Responsible to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service while cleaning and setting tables and assisting in providing quality service to guests
Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a positive attitude
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in food-service, on the job training is provided.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of banquet service protocols, event logistics, and catering operations.
