Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Fresno, CA, for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will manage daily plant operations, maintain production schedules, and ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing any issues that may arise. The individual will work closely with team members to promote an efficient and collaborative work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and leadership experience to manage and guide production teams effectively
Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure efficient workflow and deadline adherence
Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and convey instructions clearly
Knowledge of Production Management to oversee operations and meet quality and safety objectives
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and solve problems efficiently
Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
