Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Process Engineer to work collaboratively with our manufacturing facility in Medford, Wisconsin. The role involves teamwork with production, product development, customer service, and sales personnel and is an onsite position requiring residence or commutable proximity to Medford.
Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for continuous improvement efforts and new product development related to production processes and equipment, including:
Process information improvements
Integration of processes across multiple manufacturing facilities
Lean manufacturing applications
Layout design
Material handling improvements
Assist with specification of production equipment
Work with design engineering and production to establish or improve methods and systems regarding window and door manufacturing.
Provide additional support as required.
Qualifications
Engineering degree preferred (mechanical, manufacturing, or related).
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing discipline, with preference for experience in the fenestration industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD advantageous.

Compensation
