The Engineering Support Specialist is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for translating engineering intent into actionable outcomes. This role is pivotal in managing complex support functions, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless execution across production, process, and product environments through robust manufacturing expertise and cross‑functional collaboration.

Work Environment
Our Client operates a large manufacturing facility, spanning almost 500,000 square feet, dedicated to the production of sheet metal for shelving units seen in major retailers. The facility, although older and somewhat noisy due to extensive fabrication and manufacturing lines, offers office spaces above the manufacturing floor for easy access to production lines and meetings. Engineers primarily spend their time on the floor, working alongside production support on various projects. The work environment is flexible, with a casual dress code and a laid‑back atmosphere.
Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per hour.
