We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on a large ground‑up industrial and cold storage project in California.
Salary: $45 - $75 per hour

Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and field coordination from start to finish
Submit and track Requests for Information through construction management software
Prepare and manage change orders with accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with subcontractors on scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
Provide direct site oversight and leadership to subcontractors
Drive project execution to maintain schedule, quality, and coordination
Communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications
Qualifications
Strong understanding of construction processes from pre‑construction through project closeout
Prior experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial or industrial projects
Comfortable working on site in an active construction environment
Proficient with construction management software for Requests for Information, change orders, and documentation
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Able to manage subcontractors and field teams professionally
Detail oriented, dependable, and capable of leading field operations independently
