Communications Specialist (Front Desk) Join our team at Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living, a beautiful 65-acre continuing care retirement community located in Overland Park, Kansas. As the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates, you'll set the tone for their experience and ensure a warm and welcoming environment.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm

How you will make an impact:
Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff
Handle questions and concerns efficiently
Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel
Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents
Track status of residents involved in situations
Manage resident's list and census information
Log and distribute resident packages and inter-office mail
What you will need:
Receptionist experience required
Excellent verbal skills
Ability to multi-task
