Patient Service Representative
to help support multiple locations including our Dallas, Forest Lane, Garland, Mesquite and Sammons locations.
Advanced (Advanced Imaging Center) – 411 N. Washington Ave, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75246
Downtown Dallas (Downtown Dallas / Sammons‑related campus) – 3410 Worth St, Suite 770, Dallas, TX 75246
Garland (North Garland) – 7217 Telecom Pkwy, Suite 150, Garland, TX 75044
Mesquite – 1425 Gross Rd, Suite 130, Mesquite, TX 75149
This is a full‑time position, working
Monday‑Friday with rotating Saturdays . The shifts/scheduled hours will vary depending on the staffing coverage needs, potential shifts inclue6:30am‑3pm / 8am‑8pm / 7:30am‑4pm / 8am‑4:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
Assist with Authorization and Verifications
Checking patients in & out
Answering Multiple Phone Lines
Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
Insurance Verification
Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System
Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records
Requirements:
1‑4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital is preferred
Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification Needed
Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
Ability to multi‑task
