Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Join a well-established engineering firm with a strong presence in South Florida, known for delivering high-quality design on complex residential and commercial developments, including high-rise buildings. This team is growing and looking to add a Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer (PE) to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
This is a mid-to-senior level role focused on the design of mechanical and plumbing systems for large-scale building projects. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver efficient, code-compliant systems from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
Design HVAC and plumbing systems for residential and commercial buildings
Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Florida building codes and regulations
Support projects through design, permitting, and construction phases
Solve technical challenges and optimize system performance
Qualifications
PE license in Florida (required)
5-10+ years of experience in mechanical/plumbing design
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience with mid-rise and high-rise projects in Florida
Solid understanding of local codes and permitting processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Stable work history
Nice to have
Spanish bilingual
