ACRE Construction is hiring a Superintendent – Edmond, OK
We’re looking for a
hands-on Superintendent to join our team
on a
102-unit townhome BTR development
in the Edmond / North OKC corridor.
This isn’t a sit-back role — we need someone who can
be in the field daily, manage subs, and help push the schedule
from sitework through turnover.
What you’ll be doing
Support day-to-day field operations from dirt to delivery
Help drive schedule and hold subcontractors accountable
Coordinate trades, inspections, and City of Edmond requirements
Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards
Assist with quality control through framing, MEPs, and finishes
Work closely with PM and senior field leadership on sequencing and execution
Provide clear updates on progress and field conditions
What we’re looking for
5–10+ years of ground-up construction experience (multifamily or townhome/BTR preferred)
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field logistics
Experience working with subcontractors and maintaining schedules
Proficient in Procore
Familiarity with the Edmond / OKC market is a plus
