Construction Superintendent - SPG & Ground Up

Lead daily onsite construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment. Coordinate sitework and utilities, resolving issues quickly to keep projects moving. Manage subcontractor performance with clear expectations and weekly accountability. Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, logistics, and client communication. Maintain accurate documentation and use technology tools to support field operations. A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years as a superintendent for a general contractor. Experience with sitework, utilities, and full lifecycle builds from ground?up through punchout. Strong leadership presence with polished communication skills. Stable career history with clear reasons for transitions. Tech?savvy, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
