Superintendent

Lead daily site operations for commercial and light industrial projects up to $20M. Coordinate and oversee all subcontractors; no self-perform labor. Maintain schedules, site safety, and quality standards. Communicate progress and issues proactively with project leadership. Ensure documentation, inspections, and punch processes are completed on time.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years in construction leadership (Foreman or Superintendent).
• Experience in commercial offices, MOB, or warehouse projects.
• Strong communication and transparency in remote-site settings.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor groups independently.
• Comfortable working in the field daily with minimal office time.
