Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow and productivity. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders. Ensure quality control and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Manage on-site inspections and ensure all work meets required standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
