Job Description

Lead all daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities. Maintain project schedules, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks. Oversee inspections, documentation, and closeout tasks. Communicate progress and issues proactively with project leadership. Represent the company professionally on active commercial job sites.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years in construction leadership (Foreman or Superintendent).
• Experience in commercial offices, MOB, or warehouse builds.
• Strong communication skills and reliability in independent field roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and drive timelines.
• Comfortable being field?based with minimal office time.
