Dry Utilities Estimator

Job Type:Full-Time (On-Site Preferred | Open to Hybrid/Remote for the Right Candidate)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dry Utilities Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple bids independently.
You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for dry utility projects, including conduit systems for electrical and communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage estimates for dry utility projects
Handle approximately
2 bids per week , ranging from
$100K to $10M+
Review project plans, specifications, and scope requirements
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Conduct site visits and job walks as needed
Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions
Qualifications
Includes conduit systems for SDG&E, telecom, or similar
Open to candidates with
general utilities (wet & dry) background
willing to learn
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Range:
~ $100,000 (entry-level estimators) up to ~ $200,000 (highly experienced)
