As an Electrical Technician at Nextech, you’ll take the lead on critical electrical service work for our commercial customers. From troubleshooting and repairs to installations and upgrades, you'll bring power, precision, and professionalism to every project.
Responsibilities
Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
Reading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accurately
Bending pipe, pulling wire, running conduit, and installing outlets and fixtures
Coordinating with other trades on job sites to ensure efficient workflow
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment — always putting safety first
Participating in company training programs to stay up to date with evolving code and technology
Following detailed instructions and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
Representing Nextech with a positive, can-do attitude at every site

Salary
USD $20.00 to $32.00 per hour.
Qualifications
1+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred)
State Apprentice License (if required by your state)
Familiarity with current NEC codes
Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environments
Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
Must own basic hand tools for electrical work
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety‑first mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a drug screening
Physical Demands
Sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
Use manual dexterity and hand tools
Operate safely on ladders and elevated platforms
Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
