The Digital Project Manager is responsible for delivering technology initiatives that enable business outcomes and advance digital transformation. This role executes projects across the full delivery lifecycle - from planning through implementation and post-go-live - using the organization's Project Management Methodology (PMM) and aligned delivery practices (predictive, agile, or hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Execute IT projects using the enterprise Project Management Methodology (PMM), ensuring consistent application of delivery standards, governance checkpoints, and required artifacts.
Translate approved business demand into executable project plans, delivery roadmaps, and release schedules.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and quality to deliver agreed-upon outcomes.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors as part of a structured, end-to-end delivery approach.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset to project execution by identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and consistency.
Apply agile and hybrid delivery practices where appropriate, balancing flexibility with enterprise governance expectations.
Perform scrum management responsibilities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and coordination across delivery teams.
Facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive actionable improvements in team execution and delivery practices.
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide clear, timely, and transparent project communications, including status reporting, risk and issue escalation, and decision support.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, security, finance, and external partners.
Actively support organizational change by identifying adoption risks, readiness gaps, and change impacts associated with technology initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to support change enablement activities such as communication planning, training coordination, and go-live readiness.
Recognize resistance to change as a delivery risk and proactively address it through engagement, education, and structured change actions.
Ensure that project success is measured not only by delivery, but by adoption and sustained business value.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience delivering IT projects.
Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives using structured project management methodologies.
Hands-on experience working in agile, hybrid, and/or waterfall delivery environments.
The base salary range for this role is $118,000 to 178,200 annually. We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness. Hired applicants will be eligible for paid holidays, paid time off including vacation, eligibility to purchase company stock, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K with a competitive company match. Certain roles may be eligible for discretionary financial benefits such as incentive pay, equity awards, and participation in a deferred compensation plan.
