Our client is a well-established and highly respected General Contractor with a strong reputation across the Cleveland construction market, known for delivering complex projects through long-standing client relationships, strong internal collaboration, and a steady pipeline of repeat business.
They are seeking a
Project Manager
to lead projects across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, healthcare, multifamily, senior living, and institutional work throughout Northeast Ohio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects from early planning through closeout, values working within a collaborative team environment, and wants long-term growth within a stable builder with a strong local presence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover and closeout
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and project financial reporting
Coordinate schedules and partner closely with field leadership to maintain execution
Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Identify risks early and drive proactive solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Support overall project delivery to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
Ideal Background
5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager
Experience delivering ground-up or major renovation commercial projects
Exposure to healthcare, multifamily, senior living, institutional, or mixed commercial work strongly valued
Strong financial ownership and cost control ability
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
Strong communication and leadership skills
$95K–$135K base salary depending on experience
