
TikTok Shop - Logistics Settlement Solution Manager

Responsibilities
Settlement Solution Design:
Design end-to-end settlement processes and data links based on business scenarios or industry standards, output acceptance standards and SOPs, and drive business go-live.
Billing Rule Construction:
Abstract billing factors such as weight and route, build rate card management systems for merchants and LSPs, ensure all fees are collected, and ensure configuration is clear and implementable.
System Capability Support:
Define rate card templates, bill structures, reconciliation strategies and fund closed-loop capabilities; collaborate with product and R&D teams to build product capabilities.
Settlement Operation / BPO Management:
Manage core metrics (SLAs) such as reconciliation cycles, discrepancy handling, accuracy rates and timeliness; coordinate team task allocation and drive resolution of complex issues.
Risk Control and Data Analysis:
Identify potential risk exposures in business scenarios, prevent issues like unaccrued or uncollected fees, coordinate key metric definitions for business analysis and cost estimation.
Cost Optimization and Collaboration:
Use data insights to optimize billing and settlement strategies to achieve cost reduction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or payment/settlement operations, preferably with exposure to LSP/vendor management.
Strong understanding of settlement processes including reconciliation, invoicing, contract terms and discrepancy/dispute handling.
Proven experience building or optimizing SOPs and operational frameworks in a complex or fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work cross‑functionally and manage external partners (LSPs/vendors) effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dashboard building and performance monitoring.
Detail‑oriented, high ownership, able to manage multiple priorities under ambiguity.
Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115,520 - $209,380 annually. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and country work location. Employees have day‑one access to medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
