Warehouse Associate
to join our growing team in
Indianapolis, IN .
Warehouse Associates retrieve, restock, load, and unload material in the wood industry, including, but not limited to, particleboard, high‑pressure laminate, wood finishes and stains, solid surfaces, and other professional woodworking supplies.
Job Responsibilities
Proficiently pulling customer orders for next day delivery and customer pick‑up.
Effectively unloading inbound freight by either hand or forklift, verifying the dropped‑off material, and entering items into the system.
Restocking and verifying inventory in proper bin locations.
Maintaining a healthy warehouse environment.
Requirements/Qualifications
Proven warehouse experience (minimum 1 year)
Prior experience and ability to operate a forklift (minimum 1 year)
Knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) device and computer tools
Must be able to lift 50-100lbs
Excellent Customer Service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Great interpersonal skills – a team player
Forklift Certification
Great oral and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
Must be able to adapt to change
Salary Range
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
