Engineer
for a
Contract
with a client in Carolina Beach, NC. This role supports manufacturing lab operations by ensuring production systems remain reliable and fully optimized.
Rate Range: $56/hour to $67/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engineer Job Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on site support for manufacturing lab environments, ensuring production systems operate reliably and without interruption.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operational readiness.
Perform routine system reliability checks, maintenance activities, and corrective actions to support stable lab operations.
Support and troubleshoot networking issues, ensuring connectivity and smooth communication across lab systems and devices.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve system incidents and implement long‑term fixes.
Document procedures, system changes, and incident resolutions to maintain accurate operational records and improve support processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
6–8 years of experience supporting production systems, lab environments, or network operations.
Strong client‑required expertise in networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, and system connectivity.
Proven experience ensuring system reliability, performing maintenance, and supporting production or manufacturing lab environments.

Pay Details
$56.00 to $67.00 per hour.
