Job Overview
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks and stock new freight.

Work primarily in the backroom.

Lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.

Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as required.

Compensation
Hourly Wage:

$15 – $28 per hour

(equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage)

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
