Job Overview
Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and stock new freight.
Work primarily in the backroom.
Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required.
Qualifications
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Knowledge or ability to operate forklifts (may be required).
Compensation
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour, equal to or exceeding local minimum wage.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
