Build the Market Leader in Satellite Analytics with us at LiveEO
Drive LiveEO’s positioning as a trusted capability partner within the European institutional ecosystems (e.g. EC, ESA, EDA) and NATO, by embedding our satellite-based intelligence capabilities into key EU and NATO security and space programs and funding streams .

This role exists to ensure LiveEO is not just participating in programs, but actively shaping and capturing them —translating top-down policy priorities (e.g. sovereignty, resilience, security) into funded initiatives and product direction for AI analytics and LiveEO’s planned Twinspector satellite constellation.

Your challenge

Build and maintain relationships with European institutions and stakeholders (EC, ESA, EDA, etc.)

Position LiveEO in early-stage program discussions and working groups

Ensure LiveEO becomes a default participant in relevant EU and NATO security and space initiatives and secure large multi-year contracts

Identify and shape opportunities within EDF, Horizon Europe, ESA programs

Develop and orchestrate strategic consortia and partnerships

Translate policy and funding priorities into concrete opportunities and proposals

Feed institutional insights into product strategy and positioning, support shaping of projects

Your profile

5–10+ years experience working with:

European institutions (e.g. EC, ESA, EDA)

Defence / Space / Earth Observation scale-up and start-ups

Relevant institutional business development / public sector strategy roles

Ability to operate at the intersection of policy, funding, and capability development

Strong understanding of EU institutional dynamics and program structures

Strong network across European institutional stakeholders & Brussels network

Proven ability to shape opportunities before formalization

Confident public speaker and presenter

Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments and consortia

Strategic thinking combined with execution ownership

Track record of contributing to or winning EU-funded programs

Ability to translate policy priorities into fundable programs

Willingness to travel ~30–40% (Brussels ecosystem, institutional meetings, consortium work)

Military or relevant national security background is a plus

Experience shaping EU program agendas or calls is a plus

Background in ISR, Earth Observation, or geospatial analytics is a plus

Experience in consulting or strategic advisory roles (public sector focus) is a plus

Additional languages (French, Ukrainian, Spanish, German e.g.) is a plus
